It was a good quality product but it was a little large for our Ryobi vacuum. I was able to make it work for the Ryobi with some work.

Note these do not include instructions but also PLEASE NOTE if you do things logically it is not a tough fix. This is the second time I installed this part (on two separate vacs); just remember common sense and logic and no problem.It isn't hard, rather quick unless you rebuild other parts at the same time and cheap.OK, ONE LARGE thing to look at is the electrical connections. The vacs that use this part have really poor, thin wires. I rewired it as the plastic was rubbed off of the wire in multiple places; low voltage so not a problem safety wise but a definite problem operationally. Easy repair and with this new tube I would imagine I will never have to repair this particular vac again!Including two seems odd. It means you either store one until you need it and can't find it or you give it away. Maybe I am missing something but notice I purchased these again even though I probably have one floating around my garage waiting to be found ... now it has a friend to float around the garage with it. Sigh.

Instructions to use:-Pull out all of old, broken hose- clean area, rubbing alcohol and paper towel works well- insert new hose fully, you may have to twist it into the holes, but no glue or cuts necessary.- Put vacuum back together and enjoy!My hose on the bottom of the vac, on the motorized head broke. And this is the best part, instead of $90+ to replace whole head. Thank god shark made these easy to repair. No adhesive, just shoving the hose in, and it works like new.

This 1-1/2” lower duct hose fits Shark NV450 model.I noticed my vacuum no longer having suction from the bottom but was able to work with the removable upper hose attachment. Turns out the lower duct hose had snapped in half.This replacement part fit perfectly in the NV450 model. To replace you need to take apart the lower section and need to remove the lowest part where the hose is connected to make it easier. It’s the white tube on the bottom that connects near the spinning brush (see picture). Once removed you can twist the tube into the upper section and then into the lower part that you had just removed. Snap it back in and replace the cover.

Duct hose fit perfectly. Great value. Not easy to install. Alot of screws you must keep track of and alot of patience. Suction is the same.

This is the second time purchasing these. The first time only got one. Teenagers ran over some nails and it was punctured so had to get replacements. Decided to purchase the package with an extra one this time as it was not much more expensive. They are a little longer than needed so had to cut a small amount off. They are difficult to install but most of that I think is because of the design of the vacuum. Love Shark vacuums but they do not provide any documentation on repairs and don't sell just this hose but they sell their entire brush assembly for like $70. Figured out how to take it apart but very hard to put it back together. Ended up having to resolder wires as they broke.
