Great, very sturdy if slightly heavy. Well padded & easy to use as already put together. Folds away easily. I think you would have to unscrew foot rest to fold down but I don't use this. Great price.

For my needs, this was perfect!... I wanted something simple, economical, and easy to move and adjust for primarily just "dumbell" training and crunches... so, this fills the bill very nicely and has become a dependable workout partner for me!

Really grateful how easy to put together. It was already assembled, just had to slide in a couple of bolts and put foam feet on. Took a senior a whole 10 minutes. Great product.

Purchased for home use. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Inclines and declines with ease. Sturdy and stable when used. Slightest issue is for taller people. I’m 5’10” and the top of my head just goes past the top of the bench when fully horizontal and also slightly inclined. Other than that, highly recommended.

There are only 2 pins to place when setting up the bench. This bench feels very secure and the decline is extremely easy to use and firm. The bench fits my smaller frame and I can maneuver the back bench support easily to various levels. This bench does not require a lot of space. When I mistakenly ordered 2 I was able to send a message to the company and they contacted me promptly. Their follow up continued until that second order was resolved. I like the overall design of this product. I like how it folds up and there's not much to assemble. The frame seems very sturdy, but the padded board is of lower quality. It's good if you want to use it flat, or for incline dumbbell exercises, but it's not good for decline exercises unless you are fairly short. I'm 6'2" and 195 lbs., and it's just too small for me. The board is also not very padded, and kind of thin. Just after using it once, I can feel the seat flexing a little bit and it feels like it could break if you put too much weight towards the outer edge. Unfortunately, I have to return.

I appreciate when furniture and equipment is easy to assemble, particularly when its meant to withstand a great deal of weight. I'm very intimidated by details, i'm always worried i'll miss a little screw somewhere and the whole thing will fall apart with me on it. Thankfully, the Yoleo bench comes mostly assembled. One needs only to put apply three pieces; 2 pins and a bolt for the leg brace. Everything was very heavy and sturdy, though the bench was still light enough for me to carry to my garage without issue.I feel genuinely safe using the bench, it can support a massive amount of weight and stress. I have never felt more safe sitting on something I put together out-of-the-box by myself. It is also incredibly stable. Although it looks very narrow and light, it is extremely well-balanced and doesn't wobble. It didn't even move slightly when we used it on our carpet (seen in pics). The bench is so perfectly designed, you'd think it was completely fastened to the ground.I don't have my weights yet for training, but I am desperate to work out my core muscles and tone my stomach. One of my issues doing sit-ups on the ground is that, without support, my hamstrings are doing most of the work lifting my torso up. This leads to no strength training to my abdominal muscles whatsoever. This bench has two cushioned bars for my ankles that support me as I do sit-ups on the bench. I have not felt my abdominal muscles be thoroughly worked out for about 10 years until I purchased this bench. This has made it so much easier for me to commit to my workout and focus on my daily workout goals. The foam lining for the bars is also very thick and high-quality. I don't foresee it getting worn down for a very long time, even with heavy use.I have tried going to gyms because I love using equipment, but it was so difficult to commit because of commute. Having good equipment in my garage is doing wonders for me and is helping me develop a better lifestyle. I am so grateful I purchased this bench. Its versatility is especially important to me because my house is not very large. I need to be selective with the furniture and equipment I bring into it, lest I quickly run out of space. It is also compact which I appreciate. This is the perfect addition to your home if you plan on integrating strength training.
