Product does not turn on and the instructions don’t even match up with the item sent. When I contacted customer service they were absolutely no help. Can’t return as I threw out the box it came in so stuck with a useless product.

arrived box damaged and missing plastic handle on the box itself. .the unit very hard to turn on..when it did 3 option are lit up unit wont do anything..instructions said it was 220v someone stroke that out changed the 220v to 110v with a pen

This item arrived beat up from shipping and is very cheaply made. Plugged it in and smelled burning plastic. Return experience was painful.
