I think it is probably good, but it doesn't fit my chair well. Part of the reason I got it was because I have an office chair that is generally quite comfortable, but it has a deep seat that pushes the back very far back. I have to sit quite deeply in the chair to get the support of the back, and that means my legs are uncomfortably pushed up against the front edge.This didn't fill the space like I had hoped, but I could see how it would be useful in a chair that it fit. The pump was easy to use. The support is built well. There are adjustable straps so it fits most chairs; heck, it fits on the chair that I wanted to use it on, it just doesn't provide the full support it can because of other factors of the chair's design.I'll try it on another chair instead of returning it, but, sadly, it doesn't satisfy the true original need, which is why I went 4/5.

Now this actually works! I have tried many other ones and this is the only one that worked and didn’t flatten out or hurt my lower back. It instantly took the pain out of my back so I can drive! I highly recommend it’s soooo comfy!! It gave me perfect back support and super easy to use!

Pros:• Extremely soft mesh cover. I wish all chair cushions had covers like this.• The airbag offers customizable support, and inflates to very hard.• Two long straps, able to fit around my wide chair.• Full-size zipper. Not the tiny, fragile zipper most cushions come with.• Grippy back surface.• Well-made, durable construction.Neutral:• Comes rolled and vacuum-packed, not flat.Cons:• Airbag aside, the rest of the cushion provides very little support. The large back cushion is thin, cheap foam that compresses very easily. The middle cushion is just a very thin cushion in front of the airbag. I don’t even think they can be called memory foam, as they have no “memory rebound” effect.• The airbag is only half the width of the middle cushion, giving you only a narrow column of support. I was expecting it to be at least the size of that middle cushion.• When the airbag is inflated enough to provide good support, you can feel it bulging into your back. So you feel the airbag bulge, then the edges of the middle cushion, and then the larger cushion, making so many layers of bumps that are uncomfortable to me.• Cushion is on the smaller size. I’m not a large person and it’s barely as wide as I am.I was hoping to replace my current lumbar cushion that provides good support, but has a rough mesh cover. Sadly this one doesn’t work for me. If you don’t need a lot of support and don’t have to inflate the airbag that much, then this is a soft and comfortable cushion. If you need more support, then I can’t recommend this, as the cushion itself is too soft, and the airbag is too uncomfortable when inflated fully.

It is simple to use but it does not have instructions if you have any questions. I just started to use it and it has helped my back since I have to sit at a computer for hours each day.

I have a few health issues and the biggest is my back..SciaticaC4-7/L3-4 Degenerative disc disease lumbar & neckLevoscoliosis of lumbosacral spineL 3-5 disk bulgingL 3-S1 degenerative slips forward over the ones belowC 5-7 bone close togetherC 6-7 L side severely narrowedIt is so comfortable-at medium pressure-I is very good support.The straps hold it in the exact height that you need it. It doesn’t move around after you get out of the chair.It is made good quality.I works exactly like I hoped it would.It is big enough to go across and it is high enough as well.I feel great with it and the first day-I took a wonderful nap, I was only asleep about 20 minutes-I woke up like a million bucks.Stop scrolling to read all the reviews!This is exactly what I needed.

It's way too soft for good lumbar support even inflated, but it is comfortable. The pump is a good feature and makes the support adjustable. The straps slips are not the highest quality and most likely lose its elasticity in a year. But for the price, you cannot beat it. I wished they made it a little harder.
