I am learning how to clean and restore vintage sewing machines. Zymol products is used and recommended by the Singer Featherweight .com site. I used this product on a vintage , very dirty and neglected featherweight I bought on line from the Goodwill auction site. It now looks like new exteriorly. (I also refurbished the internal mechanisms with Featherweight products). A tablespoon of the cleaning solution, a toothbrush and toothpicks, vanished years of dirt,.....a tablespoon of the wax rubbed in with my pointer finger, filled in any superficial scratches/blemishes, a quick buff with a soft piece of batting or cloth and I have what looks like a new machine. There is no abrasion with the cleaning solution or polish, it didn't affect any decals or labels on the machine. Im now using this product on all my quilting machines to maintain their original patina. Recommend it highly

The products do not come with any applicators and for the $91.00 they should! The wax was supposed to have an applicator in the cap- it did not. I substituted but this might be why it took more than half the jar for one application. Using so much product and cost - I am disappointed.

Must be used together for first time. Tried many diff waxes over the years. NOTHING compares to Zymol!

I know nothing about wax, but my husband said this stuff is very high quality and a dime size amount goes a long way. The kit is a bargain and the items will last many, many years.
