This is a very nice springform pan. It has a silicone seal along the bottom edge to help with leakage, but it seems to seal tightly. It is bigger than I thought it would be, bigger than my usual springform pan, but that is good, because normally when I make a full size cheesecake, it is pretty close to the top of the pan. You may need to make the crust a little thinner or not go up the sides of the pan as much because the diameter of this pan is about an inch bigger than most recipes I use. It is a beautiful shade of blue with a white interior. It has a glass bottom which does make it a little harder to make crust, it slides around a bit on the smooth surface when pressing it in. My other pan has a textured bottom. But the glass does look nicer. It cleans up nicely and I do prefer it to my old pan.

This worked beautifully for my cheesecake at Thanksgiving. I love the coating and it was super easy to clean.

The coated side of the pan was very easy to clean. Loved the glass bottom, with the rubber seal, it works better than a regular springform. We cook our cheesecake in a water bath. With this pan, we did not have to wrap in aluminum foil to prevent leakage. Now I want one in other sizes.

I am really sad about this Spmarkt 10" glass bottom springform pan. I have never used a glass bottom springform, and I thought with the silicone seal the pan would not leak. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I wanted to use this pan for cheesecake and avoid wrapping the pan in foil, as that always always seems to leak even with two layers. The pan has a heavy-weight quality look and feel, and the bucket mechanism works smoothly.

I have a few springform pans but this one is by far the easiest to use. It doesn't leak, the silicone releases easily from the cheesecake and I can leave the dessert on the glass base rather than transferring it to a serving plate. Love it! Recommended

This pan worked very well for my first use. I did not use any water bath, but the pan had zero leaks and perfect browning and release. The silicone ring around the glass bottom allows a good seal while marking it ever so slightly more challenging to remove finished slices. The cleanup is easy because the ring around the glass can be removed. The size is 10” which is a bit odd because most recipes call for a 9” pan for cheesecakes and other cakes using a springform pan. Overall, the release was excellent even with a brief spray of cooking spray inside the edges. So far I’m very happy with the pan!

I used this for my brownie base ice cream and oreo cake. It works great for this. In this recipe, the brownie batter is baked first then covered with layers of ice cream, cool whip, crushed oreos and frozen. This pan works in the oven and the freezer, and I found it easy to release and remove from the frozen cake without ruining the look. The pan is really nice looking. The collar/sides are metal, solid and red. The latch is strong and closes solidly. The glass base is solid and fairly thick. It holds up well. This is a very useful and attractive springform pan that looks as good as it works.
