While I know these are meant to be cheap and disposable they are too flimsy. First 3 I used tore just in the stretching and unfolding process. Would not buy again.

I purchased these to use to cover my sourdough for proofing. Every single one of them tore as I tried to stretch them over the bowl. They are low quality and completely useless.

These little elastic bowl/plate covers work well for proofing bread or a number of other applications. They're much quicker and easier to use than regular plastic wrap and stay on the dish without any issue.When these arrive, they're packaged very tightly so you have to be very careful to cut the outside tape and not cut through the package and damage the bowl covers inside. The covers are then each tightly compressed into little strips that you need to pull open to use. I've had the elastic snap on about 1 out of every 3 of these as I try to open them up. They do still work and stay on my bowls even with the snapped elastic but I don't bother saving those ones for another use.I really like that these are clear and allow you to see your dough rise inside your bowl through the covers. I very much prefer that to using a towel or silicone lid that aren't as quick to do a visual check with. I'm able to use these on my bowls that have up to a 10 inch diameter but they won't fit on my larger mixing bowl.Overall, these are very convenient for food covers. They are quick and easy to use, just be careful with unpackaging and opening to avoid damaging them.

I have some covers similar to these but they're not as large as these. I bake every weekend and many times I wished my food covers would fit around my loaf pans because the cling wrap just doesn't cling.These are perfect, they have the elastic edges that will embrace the sides of your pan and the plastic that will allow your dough to rise. These are much easier to work with than cling wrap. I'm very pleased!!

They rip very easily without barely stretching on bowls.

These are great because once you use them, you can just toss them. I don’t know how many times I went to look for a lid to one of my bowls and did not have it.
