At 8x if you are watching a bird 5 meters away, what you see through binoculars is different from what the camera sees, because of poor alignment. Hence you cannot take pictures while looking through binoculars, making it a bad a experience for birdwatching.

About what I expected. The video is useless. I can't even read the little manual or read the screen. Binoculars are passable but put the money toward better binocs.

For the price point the binoculars peform well very nice weight the image quality is good all in all worth the money my wife love them for bird watching.
