I ordered this Gozilla 148GPH Turtle Tank Filter 8W Adjustable Water Flow Aquarium Filter to use in my Axolotyl tank. He in a 40 gal tank, that already has an under-gravel filter system, but these animals poop a lot and just the one filter wasn't keeping up, even though it was actually for a 55 gal. So I seen this one offered for a great, low price, and decided to add the waterfall feature filter to the tank as a backup. I must say it is much quieter than the chiller and volcano bubbler are. I can't even really hear the waterfall. And the Axolotyl doesn't mind the new filter, they usually don't like much water movement, but this doesn't really move the water except under the fall and it adds aeration, so another plus. The carbon filers are easy to clean and change as needed. Easy to hang on the aquarium and not big or bulky, fits on the back side out of the way with all the other crap attached to it. It looks like it will last a long while. I am pleased with this product.

This filter has done wonders for my turtle tank. It cleaned the water quickly and has kept it clear ever since. I was especially impressed with how quiet it is—even with the waterfall design, it runs with very little noise, which is a big plus. It also seems to be pretty durable and should last awhile!The adjustable flow is a nice feature, and it works great for my low water level setup. Perfect for tanks in the 10–30 gallon range. Overall, very happy with the performance and would definitely recommend it for turtle or low-water aquariums.
