NOTE
- Care instructions:
- before using your bakeware for the first time,
- wash and condition the bakeware by spreading one teaspoon of cooking oil over the interior with a clean cloth.
- Please do not cut the pizza directly on the plate, otherwise it will cause severe scratches and the non-stick coating will come off.

Matters Needing Attention of Use
Should not exceed 230℃.
- In order to better protect non-stick coating, prolong the service life. Do not bake at more than 230℃ (450 ℉）.
- Wait until the pizza pan temperature drops below room temperature before cleaning, otherwise the coating will be easily damaged.
Don't clean with a wire ball.
- Anything sharp can cause damage to the non-stick coating, including wire balls, pizza knives, forks, etc.
- After scratching, it is easy to cause the coating to fall off, and finally the non-stick effect completely disappeared!
Please dry off after cleaning
- After gentle cleaning, use a dry cloth to wipe the whole dish, especially the corner of the edge is difficult to find, once residual moisture is easy to cause rust!

I had a problem with the non stickcoating chipping off on the first use. I slid the pizza off to a cutting board and noticed it had stuck to the bottom. Very poor quality.

I bought this to cook pizza in an Ooni oven. I had tried throwing dough directly on the stone with little success so I turned to par-cooking at 350 F. That gave a mediocre crust. I had made cast iron pan pizza with good success in a regular oven but it didn't work in the Ooni because the cast iron took too long to heat up. That let the top part burn while the crust was still limp. THIS PAN WORKED PERFECTLY IN THE OONI. Most pizza pans have a non-stick coating which will not tolerate the high temps of the Ooni. THIS PAN SHOWED NO DAMAGE AT 750 F. Great pan = great pizza!

I wasn't expecting the sturdiness of this pan. Its weighs a bit more than the 12" pan that came with my toaster oven. It worked great and the food didn't stick to the pan. Easier to use verses the original pan, I have. Cooked the food well.

The weight and feel of this pan is just right and it cleans easily. I felt the price was fair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the back of the pan had small scratches, as if it had been stored or handled poorly in the warehouse. Because of that it didn't look quite new, but the cook surface was just fine and performs well.
