Since I'm celiac and good pizza in the US is already difficult to find (sorry dont get mad at me, but its true). Imagine on top of that finding a good gluten free pizza. Some places have it but they use just a pre-made bought dough made mostl of the time from cauliflower (why???)Anyway. we made our own pizza, whenever we have time. So we make like 5 or 6 pre-pizza and then we froze it. We have a heating box for the elevation of the dough, but is designed for 1 pizza only (not sure why, since is square and have a lot of space). And then this magic thing was presented to me. It fitted perfectly. And is the right size too! most small electric ovens fits 12 in pizzas, so it was a win win win. It came with the non stick pans. So now we elevate 4 pre-pizzas at a time.Great product, inexpensive (probably same price that getting just couple of those pans) and very useful, specially if you make your own pizza
