For wood projects that you want to be able to disassemble completely or partially, this setup works great for an easy and professional finish. Love the setup and it includes multiple sides for different projects. They definitely add a nice look and I am improving some of my older projects by retrofitting with these inserts.

This giant kit has everything (and we mean everything) you need to make super strong screw connections in wood. Great for serious DIYers or pros, but way more than most people will ever use. Comes with wrenches, but you'll still need to buy bolts separately.

These are handy to say the least. Great for whendisassembly is required of a piece. Can't really usea regular wood screw like that.

This is a very nice and strong set of threaded inserts, made of hardened carbon steel. The plastic case is sturdy and thick in comparison to many others I have. One of the features I really like is that the identification and placement label is on the outside of the box and on the inside lid of the case. This makes it so much easier to find what I'm looking for without closing the lid all the time.This set also comes with three hex keys for turning the inserts into your wood project. This is different too. It's the first set of inserts I've ordered that came with the needed tools to screw in the inserts.This is an easy high recommendation.

This is a package of 178 threaded inserts for us in wood. There's a variety of sizes and thread sizes so there's a good probability that this pack is going to have what you need. The inserts are threaded on the outside as well as the inside. This allows you to thread the insert into the wood and it stays in there very sturdy. This allows you to then thread a screw or bolt into the insert.

I've had a few pieces of furniture fail and have needed to replace the threaded inserts, but I have not wanted to buy a quantity of a single size. This variety pack is perfect for my needs as I have enough pieces of the varied sizes I need for these repairs. The inserts themselves are fine. Good thickness and I haven't stripped one yet when installing. The price is also great for the quantity and variety of sizes. No complaints here.
