The heavy-duty auger attaches to most 2 in. gearbox output shafts. This auger features thick double flighting with more extensive welding and a reinforced input shaft collar. For tractors and skid steers with 2 in. round output shafts.

Junk! The gauge of the metal is light. Advertised as a 'Heavy Duty Earth Auger'. What a joke. I drilled two 3' holes in mostly clay soil and the bolt holes are elongating terribly already. My tractor has a claimed 32hp at the pto.I have augers for years that I use regularly without any issues. Just needed to drill 4 holes. I will have to take this auger to a welder to put reinforcing around the bolt holes.Spend a few bucks more, get a decent auger.

Needed 18" foundation based, this makes it quick and effort less. Remarkably clean flat bottoms, clean out any loose dirt with hoe. Perfect for the price.
