Two of the slides ball bearings fell out trying to put the drawer in. For having a "100" pound capacity they are built cheap. The bracket holding the ball bearing are as week as a beer can. The seller doesn't respond to getting replacement parts so if you buy and it fails you are out of luck.

I have bought probably over 20 of these drawer slides. Easy to install and use. After first install of the drawer they seem rough, or tight. After few uses they loosen up and work great. They also are somewhat forgiving on the spacing (IE: Left to Right)

They install easily and work smoothly. I'm very pleased with this product. I've added several more slides now. The soft close feature is really nice, especially for a heavy tool drawer.

Product received with very poor shipment packaging. The lack of cushion or padding allowed these items to shift and break in transit. We all know how gently shipping companies treat the merch, NOT. Fortunately, the breakage came down to the plastic at the tail end of most of the slides that encompasses the soft close mechanism. It didn't effect the function, however, before operating, it was necessary to remove the shards of chipped plastic stuck in the greased rails. Good product, just poor packaging.DISTRIBUTOR!!: How about adding some padding, foam or otherwise, to these boxes that are getting tossed around by your shipping company.
