El producto es de buena calidad, viene con todo lo necesario para una fácil instalación. Aunque creo que es un poco costoso.El único pero es que lo mandan con UPS y en mi caso nunca encontraron mi dirección y me tuvieron retenido el pedido varios días hasta que pude investigar e ir por el al almacén. Eso no fue bueno.

Cheaply made. One the chain just falls off without trying to unlock it. The other one I had to bend the chain to get it to work. 2 chains both had issues.

Used my power screwdriver to drill starter holes and attach the plates to the door and sill. In sturdiness, it is comparable to the more expensive units. It was exactly what I needed. If I need more, I will buy again.I put one on the kitchen door, so it could be left open to allow the cats to go in and out, while keeping the dogs in.
