Why didn't i purchase this before. It is so simple to install and so simple to use. Now I can program my lights to come on 30 min after sunset and 30 min before sunrise. No more bothering with resetting for Daylight Savings Time or anything else. I can trigger on/off relative to sunrise or sunset and the smart system does the rest. Perfect. Highly recommend.

I installed this in a gangbox on my deck. to replace a non GFI outlet. Install was easy, no different than installing any other outlet. So far, so good. The only complaints I have are minor. The GFI light stays lit all the time, unless of course the switch to the power is off. When I press the test button, the circuit is broken and the power shuts down as it should, however, the test light never goes out. The other thing is that is is listed as an outdoor outlet. Most those I have seen come with a rubber, or silicone gasket to keep water out. This one did not have such a gasket. The face plate snaps on over the outlet forming a tight seal, maybe that's what makes it outdoor acceptable. I'd still feel better if it had some sort of gasket. Other than that, it works perfectly fine, I am happy with it. Nice price too. 4 stars.
