I’m a beginner quilter and most quilting reviews suggest clappers are a must for seams. I haven’t tried it yet, but looking forward to much nicer quilt work.

Sometimes old, tried and true tools remain great. As a very exacting quilter was impressed at how, after I did the usual things for flat quilt block seams—in a few seconds these really helped even more! Like these two sizes, nice for various projects. Easy to use. Was kind of amazed. Made this quilting perfectionist happy.

I make quilt tops all the time. It is my stress release. This item allows me to make very flat seams. Flat seams makes it easier to quilt on the longarm. By buying 2 sizes it fill all my needs.

I've been sewing for many years and just learned about this clapper sewing tool recently. Best kept secret! They do exactly what they are supposed to do--ensure a flat seam when you press the seam open and set the clapper on the seam for a minute or two. I make a lot of scrap quilt blocks, and the clapper gives me nice flat seams so the quilt top lies flat after I sew the blocks together. GREAT TOOL!
