Update to this review: The seller has made efforts to correct the issue with the crushed capacitor (see original pics). I added one pic to show the 47uf 10v electrolytic capacitor reading well outside the 10% advertised tollerance. However, for a budget kit, and that the rest of the caps are reasonably well within their marked values, I backed off my complaints and raised the review to 4 stars. The seller appears to begin understanding they need to back up their products so American buyers feel confident purchasing from them.As it stands now, I think this kit, for the price, is worthy of consideration to use on diy and breadboarding projects. If you are replacing caps in a consumer product however, I strongly recommend purchasing high-quality well-known name brand caps for safety and accuracy.ORIGINAL REVIEW...This review is for the "280 Pcs 24 Values Assortment Box Kit(0.1uf - 1000uf),Direct Insertion Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors 10v 16v 25v 50v Available for TV, LCD Monitor, Radio, Stereo, Game."Both pics show what condition the parts were in. Also, the 47uf 10v caps were all 58-60uf values, not 47uf. The rest of them, and yes, I tested ALL of them, were within 10% tollerance. This kit is only usable forsimple, non-critical builds. I wouldn't trust these capacitors as replacement caps for any commercial products (tvs, stereos, appliances), as they appear to be quite cheaply made and seem to have no real quality control or oversight making them a potential issue for safety in certain applications. These are budget parts. Amazon sells a lot of budget parts. I reached out to the seller, but they seemed to feel not obligated to take responsibilityfor sending parts that are not what a buyer orders. My recommendation is to shop elsewhere until this seller and manufacturer work out their issues.

This is a nice assortment of capacitors to keep on hand for small repairs or projects. The plastic case is also useful both for organizing the capacitors and for other uses if/when the capacitors are used up.I tested a dozen or so random capacitors, and they were within 5 to 15% of the rated value, which is not great but is within the claimed 20% tolerance. They should work just fine for most purposes as long as precision isn't needed.

This capacitor assortment is a solid value, providing 280 pieces that cover a wide range of needs. The capacitors have worked well for my projects so far, with no issues in performance or reliability. The variety is well thought out, making it useful for repairs and DIY electronics. The price is fair for the quantity and quality provided. If you need a versatile capacitor set, this one delivers.

Very nice assortment to have on hand. It may not have everything you will need if you use this as an assortment for electronic repair. But it is a very good start. I like to build circuits, so this will certainly be handy for me when I am choosing capacitors in a DIY build. Most of my builds are between 3 and 24 vdc, so these are a good fit for me. I expect they will be quite helpful.

This is a good assortment of low voltage capacitors. Its good for hobbyist use, I could spend more than this for just a few capacitors if I needed one of the values. The selection of values is pretty good, although the largest values are only 10 volt which is a bit limiting for audio projects. The capacitors are decent quality, but nothing exceptional. All in all a nice addition to my parts box.

Great value for hobbyists. Don't know if I'd recommend for long-term repairs of expensive electronics.Assortment of off brand caps (from different manufacturers) that all tested within the standard (usually better than) ~20% tolerance. Non of the caps I tested had tolerance markings (expected) so I would make sure to test a cap before using it in your project. None of them showed any forms of manufacturing errors, and all tested good. With that said, the value is definitely there. Wide value assortment, with a decent case for organizing.

I dabble in hobby electronics and ran out of caps a while ago. This set replenished my stock and helped me in getting an older video game console back in action due to it having leaking caps after 30+ years. No issues with the selection or quality of these.

These are general purpose through hole electrolytic capacitors in a variety of common sizes. They work fine but don't expect a 3000 hour or 105 degree C ratings. No issues so far using them as replacement caps as well as for new projects. Comes in a nice storage case that is will marked with the microfarad and voltage ratings.
