This hole saw served it purpose. I used it to cut drywall for recessed lights. The teeth on this are pretty aggressive so be prepared when you start it and hold the drill firmly otherwise it will break away from your hand. I believe this was like 1/8" under the advertised 4" and that will only matter it you need an exact size hole, I just tilted it a bit side to side as I drilled through and it was good for the 4" lights to fit through. It cut through the drywall like a hot knife going through butter.

More than likely, this will be a single use, but you never know. I can't speak to how long it will last, but I will say that it was up to the job of cutting a four inch hole in a 3/4" thick piece of pine. I started on one side, flipped the board and continued. It took very little time and the hole was fairly smooth.

..it is as the ad showed. It came packaged well. It did the job I needed it for. My only issue was the pilot drill bit. It broke as soon as I started drilling. I had to replace it with one from my set, after grinding the needed flat on it. Once I had a good drill, I was able to do the 3 holes I bought it for. For the price, it was a good value. I only used it for 3 holes, so I cannot add how well it holds up to repeated use. For the money, I would probably buy it again if I had to..

70% less than big box hardware store. Worked fantastic! Already bored fifteen, 4 1/4 holes through 1" thick subfloor material!

Used to vent a bathroom exhaust fan through Band Joist. Very Nice and was perfect for the job. It DOES take a little longer to cut through. I probably spent 20 minutes and two milwaukee batteries getting through. Remember to start in reverse to mark your holes and ease into it. Very experienced in construction and have done this 2 other times. This was perfect for my home trying to be cheap.
