The filters were packaged in wrap around cardboard, not an actual box. More of a mailer. Both filters had compression damage along one long side. And, the filter is 1/2" short in overall length. Not identical to an Aprilaire branded filter in overall dimensions.

The panels are a 2 cm too short and will result in leaking from the 400 series humidifier.This seller provided the two panels without the box, wrapped in plastic directly in the outer Amazon box.

Waste of money, these filters are not designed to get wet.

Terrible product. Too short to fit Aprilaire humidifier. Further bows and falls apart. Had no idea this was going on until I checked the water panel today because humity levels were dropping in house. Don’t purchase this product. I will contact Amazon about a refund.

Fell apart. Did not stay together as one solid piece. Huge bow , almost fell into ductwork. Terrible product. This is what happens when you buy a cheaper model other than April air.
