No need to spend more on another bar. Honestly, I see some of the prices for other bars of the same length and I don't understand why they would be worth it. This is perfect for curls and anything you need a short bar for.

I use this bar for hip thrusts. I have a 7ft, but didn’t like to keep switching the bumpers between different movements! It’s affordable and does the job.

I didn’t know it was 20 pounds by it self but over all good quality it was delivered on time by a great manufacturer no regrets makes my lunges and hip trust easier to add weight and have more control I originally got it for leg days but I think for upper body and back will definitely be handy definitely worth the money💯💯
