1. Connect the HDMI input source into the HDMI Splitter Box Input port. (HDMI Input cable).
2. Connect the HDMI output enquipments into the HDMI Splitter Box output ports. (HDMI Output cables ).
3. Insert the DC side of 5V2A power supply into HDMI Splitter Box and then connect the AC side of the power supply into the wall outlet.

1,the product HDMI has been connected, but there is no image output on the display screen or TV?
Answer: Please check the HDMI cable input and output is connected correctly. The LED signal indicator is on and the source device is turned on. If both are OK, Please press the ON/OFF again Or plug and remove the HDMI signal of the source device to read the EDID of the display again
2. How to achieve the 3840X2160@30Hz?
Answer: Need the source device (computer, OTT box, etc.) and TV supports the output of 4K. Then check the HDMI cable is HDMI 1.4/2.0 version . If both can be achieved is OK.
3, Does the product is support multiple connections?
Answer: Yes, In order to ensure the best performance within 4-5 level.

Just to be clear, this is a splitter ("1 to many"), not a switch ("many to 1"). Don't want anyone to see all those ports and think they can plug in a bunch of source devices (game consoles, set top box, streaming boxes) and then pick which one to watch on a single display.It works well in the unchallenging environment I've presented it with a TV and projector.A splitter can have uses at home which go beyond my simple TV vs Projector, which I'd like to get to, such as multiple displays in a computing environment. This is not uncommon at home for gaming, including PC gaming, customer support, network monitoring and support, day trading, etc., especially with the surge of work-from-home setups. In any case, whatever the displays are, they should be set to the same resolution and that's where I would like to get to.So the case is certainly there. In my case, the TV can be watched anytime, and the projector is more appropriate for evening and special cases. But there's no disconnecting, reconnecting going on, it's all there, it's just which display is on or off.

This product doesn't boost HDMI. Might have been defective, but I can't rely on a company that puts out such defective products out of the brand new box. Sorry, I have to go with another brand

Ran this for several hours in a church setting and had no issues at all. Signal was strong and consistent, though I was running at low resolution on older projectors. It does have a power switch on the front, which makes me a bit nervous, since it is stored in a cabinet and could be bumped during use, but so far no issues. Worked immediately when connected. Feels like good build quality and I love the expansion room that 1-to-8 gives me.

I am pretty sure I ordered the wrong type of item. So I can't really say if this works well. All I know is that it doesn't come with instructions and the power light will not stay on when it is plugged in. My tv won't turn on when this is plugged into it.
