Fantastic for large, simple molds like the one I have to make concrete bowls for decoration. Not a big fan of it in smaller stuff since it can gather in little crevices. Something to beware of. Really don't need much of it overall. Might be best to use a Qtip or something for those smaller molds, but those usually don't need it for me anyway, so I'll stick to using this in bigger ones. Works well enough for that.

For detailed molds: Yes, you can spray some in the molds and it works Great! However, it’s just too easy to get too much in some detailed areas where it pools. Therefore, after you spray, you must flip over the mold and tap it a bit and wipe out the extra mold release. If you don’t, there will be air bubbles. I can’t blame this mold release spray for this. I’ve tried several mold releases and this is just part of using a release - Some crevices are large and others are small so that some places get overfilled. For Large Molds like Table Top Resin use: Great!Versatility: EXCELLENT! This mold spray works beautifully for:1. Clay release2. Silicone mold making release and that’s important for those of us who do that!3. Resin release4. Wax release for candlesI am an art teacher so I do all of these things a lot!🎉This mold release is low cost (at least as I’m writing this review) in comparison to others right now. It includes a brush and some other mold releases don’t include that so this product has earned my 5 star review!🏆This is a Great Product!🎉

This spray does work well for non-intricate molds. On the more intricate molds the liquid tends to pool in the crevices. One must be sure to “drain” the mold before putting resin in. Otherwise, it worked very well on coaster, and earring molds. I would purchase this product again.

PROSThe silicone mold release comes with a bottle of mold release, a brush for application, and instructions in several languages. The spray bottle works good for initial application, and the brush works well to spread it around the mold so you do not overapply. The silicone mold release oil has little to no scent.I used the spray on a metal mold with beeswax, and with a small amount of prying I was able to pop the candle right out of the mold.Neither the candle nor the mold felt greasy after I removed the candle, but I did wipe the mold out as a matter of habit. At around ten dollars at the time of this review, I think this easy to use and effective product is worth the cost.CONSNone

I work with polymer clay and am just starting to work with resin. Clay for the most part isn't that sticky but it happens and the sprayed worked to kind of separate it from the mold, so thumbs up on that. Resin is stickier but I'm a little hesitant to use it with resin after it kind of changed the color or maybe it was the shine of the resin in one spot. It's possible the resin wasn't quite dry. I'm new at this
