These are a good value for 4 whistles. I tested them to ensure they do work. The pink is cute! I'm happy to have more than one because I'll add them to my keychain, hiking backpack, and an emergency kit.

Getting aluminum whistles at this price is great. They work and have a sound that will carry. I personally like the dual-chamber design as the sound really catches people's attention.There are two things that I'm not a fan of though:1) there is a small plastic piece inserted into each aluminum tube to create the whistle, I'm not sure if these will last forever or if the piece could come out (looks white in third photo).2) there's a fairly high pressure required to initiate, which means that a gentle blow makes the air just "scratch" through the whistle, and you can only get medium-loud to very loud tones out of this whistle.I hate to take off a star for something this good of a value, but these whistles are available in other colors at a lower price too, so this product could improve with either a better insert or a lower cost.
