About this item

  • 6 Rolls Hem Tapes: The package contains 6 rolls of hemming tapes in white and black colors, each roll is 1.5 cm/0.6 inches in width and 64 m/70 yards in length, totally 384 meters/420 yards, sufficient length to meet your daily use needs
  • Firm Seal: Hemming tape will melt and become sticky at high temperatures, which can tightly and firmly bond the fabrics together
  • No Sew: Iron on hemming tape can repair the fabric and make the hem without sewing, and it doesn't leave marks on the fabric. No sew hemming tape is a great choice for fabric and cloth projects
  • Easy to Use: Press the fabric flat (make sure it's suitable for ironing), cut hemming tape and put it at the seam, wet the surface of the fabric, iron for about 10-15 seconds, moving iron back and forth (recommended temperature is 125-160 degrees Celsius)
  • Wide Application: The fabric fusing tape can be widely used in pants, clothes, pants, dresses, curtains, dolls and home decoration, etc, suitable for home, tailor shop and more. Note: it is not suitable for overly smooth or sticky surfaces

This is the kind of sewing product I wish I'd discovered ages ago! I used to spend countless hours hemming my kids' clothes simply because I didn't know any better. Now, with these hemming tapes, I'm saving so much time. I even use them on some T-shirt sleeves to create a cap sleeve effect. The tape works perfectly every single time. So far, I've only used it on cotton fabric, as the application really depends on the iron setting. The set comes with six rolls in total (3 white and 3 black), so I think they'll last me a long time.

They definitely do the job! Tight hold on pants I needed shorten just a bit. Easy to work with and effective!

I love this stuff so much! I always have a roll of hemming tape handy, because 1.) it works and 2.) it’s easy to use. The quality of this hemming tape is on par with what I’m used to, but at a fraction of the cost for the amount that you actually get. All you have to do is get your steam iron ready and then put your tape in place, then press and steam. Easy peasy. It holds the seam in place perfectly! We’re going on a few weeks now and a few washes with one garment I fixed, and it is holding on tight! Do yourself a favor and just get this if you’re a lazy DIY-er like me, but still want your stuff to look good and hold up. ;)

This is a lot of tape! It will take me years to use it all, but I’ll always have it when I need it. With 3 rolls each of black & white tape, it covers most anything I would need to use it on. I tried it by hemming a pair of summer pants that are a little long and it worked well. I was a bit unsure of how easy it would be to use, so I cut the amount needed in half and that worked well as it was easier to maneuver for me with the iron. It does not come with instructions, but they are on the description of the item online.

Nice! I hemmed a skirt in no time with just my iron.

It worked easiest to cut sections and then iron them onto my skirt which I was making shorter. I tried to leave it on the roll and pull it as I ironed and that made it go askew then you touch the iron to the tape instead of the skirt and it will melt into your iron. I washed and dried the skirt and it stays put. These rolls have so much tape! You'll get to use it for many items.

First of all, there are no included instructions. You get 3 rolls of black, and 3 rolls of white in a big cellophane envelope. Nothing else. So I'm trying to hem some lightweight pajama bottoms, that are much too long for my 5 foot frame. And it's just not working, no matter how long I leave the iron setting on it. So then I went back through all my orders on Amazon to find this product, and saw there, that you're supposed to wet the fabric, first. So then I tried that. I did get a small section to stick, which I included a picture of. I think that if I stood there long enough, like 10 minutes on each leg, i might eventually get all of to stick. But I have fibromyalgia and lung cancer amongst other things, and I was too wore out to try anymore. It would probably be just as easy to sit and see it by hand.
