This stuff isn't terribly easy to apply. You have to press it on the back of the template and then peel off the green backing. What's left is thick and transparent. So far so good. The problem is that this tape loses its stick way too fast. It picks up lint from the cotton fabric you're using to quilt, so it's sticking to the lint, not the fabric, and then the ruler slides. I wouldn't buy it again, and I have switched to a different method to hold my rulers in place.

Used to prevent quilting templates from sliding over the top fabric. It was difficult to use.

It was too thick so the Ruler wouldn’t lie against the fabric correctly and then if I had a pattern on the fabric and the ruler was on that it tore the pattern to pieces.

after putting on template, it kept sticking to fabric so it made it hard to pick up the template. but it kept it from sliding when cutting. I would buy it again

I'm glad I saw this product and did buy it. I'm rather new at free motion and now I'm just beginning to use rulers. This tape is wonderful.....keeping the ruler 'set' is one less thing I need to worry about. Go for it!!

It was sticky and was just a little thicker then other double sided tape. And that is what it is, double sided tape.I removes easily from ruler, however, when you want to readjust the ruler the fabric comes with it. Then you have to match up the lines of fabric again to cut another piece. Not worth it. Makes the cutting double. I would not buy or use this product again. It's not even strong enough for paper.

I really like the tape, I put it on all my rules. It is easy to reposition and didn't leave any residue.
