We love English Muffins and I have been wanting a set of these to make our own. Well we ordered these rings and started looking up recipes only to discover you don't use rings for English Muffins... So we made some Crumpets. The rings did fine. Had to run a plastic knife around the inside to get them to release and then had to use tongs to remove the rings since there is nothing to grab hold of. Now we need to find an easy Crumpet recipe.

Have not used for crumpet or English muffin purposes yet, but nice for making homemade hamburger buns! A little small, but that just makes the patty look bigger. Very cost effective considering the price of gluten free hamburger buns.
