These wires are durable and work great! Easy to replace and cut through cheese nicely! Brush for cleaning is nice and love the value!

I smoke 30+ lbs of cheese and package into smaller packages I give away as Christmas gifts to friends and family. I have a cheese slicer that works HARD during that time of the year. It did not come with extra wires. I saw these and measured my cheese slicer confirming they were the correct length. They came in today and I immediately tried to install a new wire on my slicer. The ends on these wires are loops. The ends of the wires on mine are little balls of wadded up wire... I was unable to install these but am not giving up. These wires are finer and I think will work better than the wire in mine. I just need to figure out how to make these work with my slicer. If you are ordering these remove the wire from your slicer first to make sure you are getting the right type of ends for yours.
