As a single point transmitter to two receivers (headsets), this is a great device and connects easily. Broadcasts great. Everything else ends up being pointless features. It needs 4 Bluetooth pairs. If I pair my phone so device receives on “A” switching to receive requires a new “pair”… but that device name is already remembered, so you need to forget the device to pair in the new function. It cannot receive 2 Bluetooth connections and simultaneously transmit or “blend” the output. Unfortunately this is what I have been seeking, but unable to find. I have an older car with an un-upgradable stereo. I use my phone for GPS, but when the Kid rides with, he likes to DJ with his phone. Problem is, my “aux in” only allows for 1 input and smart phones like to connect via Bluetooth. This device lets be easily switch between either phone, which is super useful 2 miles past when my exit prompt was needed while my phone desperately tries to “re-calculate” and notify me. Kid said it works great for sending signals to his laptop for recording various sources so useful device, just not a signal blender, just a receiver switch and broadcast splitter.

Make sure you read the manual because it details a bunch of different ways this device can be used. Here's a pro tip, before you get on the plane, make sure you take some pictures of the manual pages and keep them on your phone. It's not entirely intuitive how to get everything setup. If you're not using it on a plane, just make sure to keep the manual handy. I found that the device works pretty well, I can't notice any degradation of sound quality. The bluetooth connectivity seems solid and I didn't experience any issues with it. It's a sweet value for what it costs and once you have it, you'll probably find use cases for it that you never even thought of. For example, I have a little portable DVD player and it only has built in speaker or wired headset. With this little device, I can use bluetooth headphones with the DVD player. Nice! Another pro tip, make sure you charge the battery before you get on the plane, the battery life is decent enough and will probably last for just about any domestic flight but better safe than sorry. USB charging at the seat is so hit or miss on planes these days.

I got this for the Transmit feature. I have no need for the Receive function, so I didn't test that. Our main use case is to transmit from airplane TV to 1 or 2 pairs of earbuds. Secondary use cases are the same but transmitting from TV or laptop (or perhaps other devices) to 1 or 2 pairs of buds.Everything worked great. My husband and I both have Pixel Buds Pro 2. Sound quality was excellent. Pairing the first buds was easy. Adding the second pair was fairly easy too, just double-click the little search button on the side. The nice thing is that it remembers the last two pairings, so now we just have to insert our buds, turn the transmitter on, and away we go.If you don't like the LED colors, you can cycle through the various settings by triple-clicking the side search button. One of the settings is "off".We're very pleased with this nice little device.

What’s nice about this product is that it combines Bluetooth two functions that are very useful on the road: the ability to broadcast to headsets from an aux jack (commonly used on airplane seatbacks) and also the ability to receive Bluetooth signals to an aux in (commonly used to feed your phone’s audio to a car audio system). It’s pretty clever. I tested it both ways - using it to broadcast audio from my iPhone to a set of speakers, and then using it to broadcast audio from my laptop to a set of earbuds. To switch these two modes, there is a simple slider button on the unit. Otherwise, it’s a simple double click of another button to pair - either to your earbuds (if you are receiving the Bluetooth signals) or to your device (if you are sending the Bluetooth signals). It worked great - the sound quality was very good and I had no problems at all with pairing. It even has that little robotic British voice that tells you the unit’s status (I.e., “Connected”, etc.). It also comes with all the connecting cables you are likely to need for connecting to most airline entertainment systems as well as most stereo systems and car aux-in jacks. All in all, a clever, well-priced unit.

This device perfectly meets my needs while traveling on airplanes or during tours. Many tours provide a receiver with headphones or simple earphones for listening to tour guides or pre-recorded audio at various locations. However, I find these wired headphones to be of poor quality, cumbersome, and potentially unhygienic or environmentally unfriendly. To address this, I opted for a Bluetooth receiver. This device is ideal because it can connect to two devices simultaneously, allowing my wife and me to share one unit while on the road. Sharing reduces the likelihood of forgetting or losing it, especially on hop-on-hop-off buses. Pairing two Bluetooth headphones is straightforward, and we've set aside old Bluetooth earphones specifically for this purpose to avoid constantly switching between pairing the device and our phones. Additionally, without wires, we can move freely on the bus without the risk of tangling cables—especially helpful for those seated on the aisle. Renting just one device during museum tours adds another layer of cost-effectiveness.An added benefit of this device is its functionality as a receiver. I can connect it to my massage chair to stream music from my phone through the chair's built-in speakers, offering a better selection than the chair's default music, even if the speaker quality isn't top-notch. This flexibility enhances the overall value of the device. The only drawback is the bright light on the front button, which can be distracting in dark environments like a flight. Unfortunately, I haven't found a way to dim it, making it less suitable for red-eye flights. The best solution I've found is to ensure it displays a single color at a time to minimize disruption. All in all, I'm still happy to have this device.
