We had problems with it not translating back and forth. It would only repeat English. It wouldn’t keep up with the speed of the conversation. Just didn’t work for us.

No es útil. Si solo hay dos personas o hay varias personas hablando, no traduce con exactitud. Hay que esperar A que registre la oración, pausando la conversación para escuchar solo una o dos palabras relacionadas con la oración y el resto es un disparate. No es bueno.

This product is misleading. First, you have to use it with an app. Based on the instructions you need to activate it and have someone speak into your phone to translate. Second, you have to pay extra to use it offline. Both items are deal breakers for me.

I have to say that after reading the glorifying reviews, I’m disappointed. I speak 3 languages and in all 3 I noticed it lags on translation and it’s 80% accurate. I’ll be returning and buying an already tested one which, though more expensive, is much faster when translating and with no service fee.

Received my earphones, downloaded the app and tried the different settings. Every time I clicked the earpiece setting, the phone would stay stuck on blue (recording) and never translate. I tried everything for 2 days, including uninstalling & reinstalling the app multiple times.Horrible Product.

This is a device designed for convenience, but it is the convenience it lacks. Unreliable connection, shuts off by itself, very expensive offline translation. Typical Chinese trade war in action. Toy to play but not to use.
