Car has been overheating ever since installing, the relay fit fine but doesn't turn the fan on.Update:Seller honored warranty replacement on the unit and is sending a new one, replacement worked but the as others have mentioned, one of the pins popped out after connecting and needed to be pushed back in, once the pin was fully in place after connecting, everything worked as expected.

Purchased this for my 2012 Fusion 3.0. I got it to work but ran into an issue at first. The FCV wire (the thin white/blue wire) got pushed out of the back of the connector, which was giving me a P0480 code and no fan at all. I think the pin for that wire was ever so slightly misaligned/bent (I couldn't tell by looking) and instead of self-centering, the terminal got pushed out. The locking tang on my connector should have prevented that but I guess it's broken?I was able to shove a pick into the back of the terminal hole to hold the terminal in place while I plugged it in, and the fan controller works now. For how long is anyone's guess. It was only $29 after all vs $300 from Ford, but from a compatibility standpoint it works.
