We recently added this AMOSIJOY Transparent Cat Window Perch to our home, and overall, I’m really happy with it. We already had a similar perch that could be flipped up, but with two cats, they were constantly fighting over the single spot. This model’s transparent frame caught my eye because it creates a less intrusive look when hanging in the window, which was a nice bonus.What I Liked:• Suction Power: The suction cups are surprisingly strong. Even with my two cats (who aren’t exactly featherweights) jumping on and off, it has held firmly to the window.• Transparent Design: The clear frame really does make a difference. It blends into the window nicely, making it less of a visual disruption, which I appreciate.• Sturdy and Comfortable: My cats have both taken to it quickly, and now they each have their own perch, which has significantly reduced the competition for prime window space.What Could Be Better:• Not Ideal for Daily Removal: My initial plan was to hang this in the morning and take it down at night, but the suction cups, while excellent, don’t handle this kind of repeated removal well. After about a week, they started losing their grip, and I quickly realized I was asking too much of the design. It’s not a huge deal, but if you plan to move this perch regularly, be prepared for a few surprise cat crashes. 😸Final Thoughts:This is a great addition if you have multiple cats or just want to give your feline friends a better view. Just be prepared to pick a spot and leave it up, rather than trying to remove it daily. My cats are clearly happy with it, and the transparent frame is a nice touch for keeping the window area looking tidy.

My cats love them.Several of the suction cups didn’t work but we were sent extras. It was easy to assemble. And nothing suits a cat better than to watch his/her live TV.

Functionality:This cat window “perch” seems to function well. I actually like that you can just pull the ‘bed’ part up and leave the suction cups where they are. It makes for easy removal and cleaning without wearing out the suction cups.There is one downside. And honestly, this isn’t a huge deal, but it is worth mentioning for reasons I will get into in a moment. The ‘bed’ portion has a few minor issues. It is a little small, which is odd because the perch itself is big. There’s just too much ‘border’ or edge around it or something and that increases the size, without increasing capacity. The other part is, the pad or bedding inside is super thin. It’s nice and soft but, man there’s barely anything to it.The size and lack of bedding won’t matter to most cats but, if yours is above average sized, it may not fit, and it your cat is geriatric, it isn’t going to want to lay in this. To be fair, neither one of those cats should be in something like this but… I thought I’d mention it.A great benefit to this is it is universal. Some perches like this need a certain window style to hook onto, not this one, any window, as long as it is clean works. I have had zero issues with this item staying put, even with different cats hopping onto/into it. It stays in a sunny spot and I can tighten the suction cups if they get loose. Really good design overall.Fit/Finish:They packed two extra suction cups which is super nice. With most others you are just stuck if you lose or warp one. It is indeed plastic but, it’s solid, hard plastic. It doesn’t bend easily (or at all really). It feels very well made. There are no sharp edges or burrs that might snag on you, or kitty. Very well made.Value:Honestly, I feel like this is a good value. It’s a solid perch that you can freely move to any window and any house. It will fit most cats and the downside I mentioned is minimal (I actually think I over-stated a bit).4 stars (really it’s more like 4.5 but Amazon doesn’t have that rating ) – even just a thicker padding would nudge it to solid 5. Good value, if you catch it on a discount, excellent value.

This transparent cat window perch has been an absolutely great addition to our home, and more importantly, to our cat Nigel's daily routine! He seriously loves it and spends most of his day laying there, basking in the sun. It's become his prime napping and bird-watching headquarters.I'm incredibly impressed with the build quality. It's made of very heavy-duty and sturdy plastic, and you can tell it's designed to last. I love that it's clear, giving Nigel an unobstructed panoramic view, and it’s pretty cool for us to watch him enjoying it too. True to its claims, this perch can noticeably hold a bunch of weight – I have no concerns about its stability, even with an enthusiastic leap. I joke it could probably even hold the world's fattest cat, LOL! The oval shape is perfect for cats of all sizes, giving him plenty of room to stretch out or curl up.A HUGE plus for me is the fact that the mat is washable. Any cat owner knows how essential that is, and it's great to be able to keep his favorite spot clean and fresh. It's super cozy, and clearly Nigel-approved for comfort.The only tiny thing I'd mention is that when initially installing it, the enlarged suction cups, which are incredibly strong once they get a good seal, took me a couple of careful tries to get them all perfectly adhered. Making sure the window was spotlessly clean and applying firm, even pressure was definitely key. But once they're on, they are ON – very secure! Otherwise it was a piece of cake, very easy to assemble.For anyone looking to give their feline friend an amazing window seat, I can't recommend this AMOSIJOY perch enough. For what it's worth, seeing the quality of the perch itself makes it worth the little extra cost. You don't see many cat perches like this one here with the rigid build yet still comfy, which my cat prefers. It's sturdy, easy to clean, cat-approved, and provides endless entertainment (for the cat and the humans watching the cat!). Nigel gives it two paws up, and so do I! 👍
