These pencil sharpeners all went to a 1st Grade class in Migori Kenya. They all think they are WOW! Along with their school uniform, they are the first new thing they have owned. They admired them the whole day in class. I will find out from their Teacher how they work & get back to you.

Bought these for Operation Christmas Child boxes. Functional, sturdy, pretty colors, and the perfect size to fit in the pencil bags. Will buy these again for next year's packing.

These were a great gift to give my students so they can stay sharp and on point. They can use these in any class, sharpen colored pencils instead of breaking the electric one, sharpen when teacher is talking, and easily keep things clean The students were excited to receive them having two openings for sharping pencils, a cap over the openings, and a container to hold the shavings. I see them using them daily in class I will purchase them again, and give to them at the beginning of the year. The blue and pink colors were the first to be taken. Wish they had other colors too - purple, orange, purple, red, purple. I would purchase specific color packs if sold that way, especially if they had a good deep purple.
