This was a stupid thing but it really need better instructions for the newbie on proper use especially because it only seemed to have one larger hook thing and a smaller one that didnt seem to really work well. This was the most difficult part of putting together my boxing stuff and it was the smallest part. A bit annoying. But very sturdy

I bought this Aqua chain kit to hang the 21" Aqua Bag I also purchased. The quick link that attaches the chain to the shackle on the bag is too small. I'll need to go to Home Depot to buy one that fits. At $40 thats a major bummer!!

High quality and delivered on time. My only complaint is that I think they should include a hook to mount it to a beam. People are paying for a mounting kit, and it's annoying when you get the package but still need to take a ride to the hardware store. I suggest throwing in a hook and if you need to charge more, then do so.

Very hard. Must wear gloves. I don't understand why this is a thing now. My entire house shakes when using. It is now hanging from heavy training bands instead of the chain. Now it is quiet and doesn't shake house.
