Great auto feeder for cats or dogs! I have two cats that I used this for. A full fill feeds them for about 1-2 months. The webcam works great and the microphone is nice and loud. I like to check in on them when I travel and when I call to them from the app they come running. It also has free feeding drops where you can drop whenever you want as well as a timed schedule. I like that you're able to plug it in to an outlet cause the one I had before used 3 giant batteries and I had to buy them every other month cause it kept running out of batteries.

Planning to travel, I bought this automatic feeder months in advance to test it out. Its food capacity is excellent and lasted the entire time I was away. I was initially concerned as I had never used an automatic feeder before, but it was easy to use, especially with the app. I'm so glad I purchased this—the design is fantastic. The camera is an extra bonus!

Do not order this. Paid the camera edition and that is not what shipped. The food does NOT dispense but more than a couple pieces of cat food into the bowl, and made sure it was clean prior to use, and the recording volume is so low you hardly hear it. Very disappointing for what I paid for it.

I have an indoor senior cat that lives with my MIL because my husband is extremely allergic. While I do go check on her daily and clean her litter box, this feeder really eases my mind about her not living in our home because I can check on her and talk to her throughout the day. The video quality is good and it takes still images when it senses motion. It has a battery backup in case the power goes out. It holds a lot of food and you can set feeding times and adjust the amount of food dispensed based on your animal's needs. My only complaint (which is minor) is that I wish the camera was moveable so you could look around the room. Overall, I am so pleased with this feeder, especially for the price.

Setup was very simple, and the app got it quickly setup on the network. The portion sizes seem to be very consistent. When it's dropping food in the container it does make a decent amount of noise, which was scaring my cat, so I swapped the metal bowl for one of his plastic ones which he seems a bit more happy about.Regarding the video, it seems to work well when I'm home but as soon as I go remote (or just turn my phone wifi off and try via cellular) I can't ever get a video feed. That was kind of the point of having video was to use it when I'm away from home, so I don't know if it's something with my network/router or they all work like this. Even without video I did confirm that it does do manual feedings via cellular, so at least the main purpose of this thing still works.

The directions found in the instruction set Do not match the device. It asks me to press reset for the camera but the image for the camera on the app does not match the camera on the device. The reset button it asks for me to press does not exist on the device. It does not search for available Wi-Fi signals. When you try to add the device manually by scanning the QR code, it tells you to press the icon to scan the QR code and after you do, it tells you to scan the QR code.. And then after you do it tells you to scan the QR code. The scanner doesn't work, the device doesn't work, the device doesn't match the instructions. The instructions are incorrect. Waste of an hour of my life.

Having an app to program the feeder is awesome! The camera is high resolution, but you cannot see the food bowl. Programming a schedule was tricky as the default is “once” and not “daily”. I forgot it had a camera when I was setting up the app — it provided a QR code but did t say what to do with it. Well, you put your phone in front of the feeder’s camera. Every cat feeder needs an app! The camera is a nice bonus.

I love this. The video quality is amazing. It was so easy to download the app and connect to wifi. Great for checking in on him during the day. Amazing product and great price 👍
