Took my 10 month old German shepherd about 5 minutes to figure it out, he loves it! Seems to be very good quality, all metal with brass water valves and the hose has stainless connections. So far, great but for the money.

I have 4 very active golden retrievers. They learned to use this fairly quickly but the way the button is pushed it is now stuck so it runs constantly. The plate pushes down at an angle so it rubs weird. Pretty lame design flaw, but overall love it and my dogs love it

Works well, no leaks, etc. Wish it was possible to control the stream better (you can control it somewhat by adjusting the water line valve, but it doesnโt allow fine control or the amount of water coming out of the fountain). That said, this is much better than my previous water solution (a running fountain with two filters), as that wasted a lot of water and was a maintenance nightmare). So far thereโs been zero maintenance for this device.

We bought this for our water obsessed german shepherd, and quickly learned just how fun this thing is.It has held up against HOURS of my dog playing with it, and her picking it up and carrying it. The paint of the paw print has started to chip away, but has worked perfectly despite being used and abused for hours.Great for keeping the pup busy while the kids play in water or splash in our pool, and easy to assemble and hook up.

It was easy to put together but once together, water just dribbled out the hole. When I opened the other side of the Y connector there was a very strong stream. I tried connecting the hose to the strong side of the Y and water still just dribbled out. Made sure there was plenty of pressure coming out of both sides after disconnecting the fountain, and still a very strong stream. Don't know if I just got a defective unit, but would not buy this again. Waste of $40

The product itself is great, but like other reviewers mention, itโs missing a piece. For anyone that buys this, make sure you also buy the โGardena lockable hose connectorโ along with it to attach this item properly. Giving it 3 stars mostly because I had to buy an extra piece to get it to work.
