This BEMIS round closed front toilet seat with cover is an injection moulded solid plastic toilet seat that features four moulded-in bumpers. This seat features slow-close technology with the Whisper Close hinge that allows the lid to close slowly and quietly with no slamming or pinched fingers. The Easy Clean & Change hinges with non-corrosive bolts and wing nuts easily removes seat for easy cleaning and replacement . This seat complies with IAPMO/ANSI Z124. 5-2013 Plastic Toilet Seats as a class Residential. Good seat but the image in the ad looked darker than what I got. I used it regardless as the toilet brand I have is non existent now. Solid seat, comfy, no real issues.

Bemis est une bonne marque pour les lunettes de toilettes, en général. Néanmoins ce modèle, tout en plastique , même les vis et la charnière, ne vaut pas le prix demandé..Deuxième point, c'est ma faute, je n'ai pas fait attention: la distance de fixation sur la cuvette est fixe de 14 cm (standard anglais?). Et aucun jeu n'est permis, soit inutilisable pour des trous de fixation situés, dans mon cas, à 15,5 cm. Malheureusement j'ai essaye de la monter plus d'un mois après réception, soit pas de retour possible.

I went to HomeDepot and Lowes, but they both have only the while colors. It is better to find the right color in the physical shop and buy it here. Also, there is only two kind, the long and the regular sizes.

Bought this seat to replace another BEMIS I bought 25 years ago. It used the same mounting screws, so I just snapped it on the old mount and done. Love the slow closing seat and lid. No slamming it shut.

This toilet seat is narrower in width than my older seat. More of the toilet bowl shows. I will give it a try to see how study it is. Color is fine. Not sure how easy it will be to clean because yet because of joints along back.
