It's small. The hardware is hard to fit.I had to drill new holes.

Key would not go in smooth, locking mechanism wasn’t to great either. Rear pins fell out after about 2 months and the top lid flew off wile I had my bike on the trailer. Ended up throwing away since the bottom was useless.

It is a common sense type thing to install, that is why I wasn't disappointed that it didn't have instructions. I hoped it would have been a little bigger than it is. Except for the size it looks exactly like the picture. It also comes with the hardware to mount it.
