I love this chair. The back is very sturdy, nice and tall so I can relax and lean back. It's smooth, makes no noises. The arms can go up and down the arm rests can turn 360, they are padded and soft. The wheels are extremely nice as they are a good size and roll nicely. It has lumbar support you can dial up and down depending on your taste. It's not overly heavy and can be moved easily. Overall this is a very lovely chair and well worth the money. I highly recommend.

Very sturdy and high quality.Very well protected in the shipping box.Easy to follow instructions.Nice touches: The hex tool had a T handle instead of the L, making its use much easier. The bolts for the base already had the washers threaded.Installation was easy for one person with the exception of the seat back. That was extremely hard to line up the bolts with the holes and I worried I might strip the threads. I don't appear to have done that, though.I loved that the bolts for the base had washers but was disappointed none of the other bolts did. I worry that after weeks or months the bolts will loosen (as every other exec chair I've had does.The SEAT is extremely comfortable.The BACK is extremely SUPPORTIVE, but not that comfortable. IOW, it doesn't cuddle my back. The support, though, makes up for it, I think.This thing is very sturdy. No squeeks, groans, or cracky sounds as I sit and move around in it.I've had other chairs that felt as comfortable and sturdy as this but they didn't remain that way for more than a couple months. Hopefully this will last much longer than that.Note: I've probably bought and assembled 8 or 9 exec chairs over the years. This one was by far the easiest to do.

This is a great chair. It’s roomy, well-made, and attractive. It has lots of nice features, including adjustable armrests, lumbar support, and seat height. Setup instructions (written and video) were thorough and easy to follow. This chair is incredibly comfortable, while also being very supportive. I’m glad we chose it.

As someone on the bigger side, finding a comfortable and sturdy office chair has always been a challenge, but this one delivers. The weight capacity is impressive (600 lbs), and it feels rock solid—no wobbling or creaking. The seat is wide and plush, providing excellent support for long hours.
