As a bigger guy, I appreciate the 500lb weight capacity. Thick padding and smooth swivel make moving between desks effortless. Took me 12 minutes to assemble with the clear instructions!

I am very satisfied with this chair. Construction is solid. The comfort is high standards and appearance blends well. The adjustable lumbar and smooth wheel movement will spoil any customer.

I've had this chair a little over two weeks and it seemed fine for two weeks. However, it now clanks when you move on the seat from side to side. The clank is coming the plate that attaches to the seat. It is very annoying, and I've tightened everything there is to tighten down below but can't stop the metal clanking noise. There is no number or email to contact the manufacturer so I'm hoping they will contact me if they read this review. Aside from the clanking noise, the chair is very nice and would keep it I could stop the clanking noise.Update:The seller reached out to me with some suggestions and offers to resolve my issues and we reached an agreement. The customer service I received was much appreciated.Update #2: While I accepted the seller's partial rebate, the chair still clanks/creaks when I move in it. I have tried putting white silicone grease all over the metal parts under the seat and have even stuffed rubber foam pieces from some garage mats I had in every nook and cranny I could. It quieted the creaking/clanking noise for two days and now it is back. Not more I can do and now stuck with the chair.

I have always wanted to get a brown chair to match my brown desk, this one is so perfect! Took me about 15m to assemble with my girlfriend’s help. It’s luxurious, comfortable, and the wheels are very quiet compared to my old chair!

If I can give it a zero I would this chair is too expensive to be this uncomfortable. It is extremely uncomfortable. They won’t lean back. You have to force it to lean back. It rolls pretty easy, but it is extremely uncomfortable and for that reason I tried to return this item And I paid 239+ tax for this chair but they’re telling me to ship it from Georgia to New Jersey it’s gonna cost $176 plus tax over half the price that I paid for the chair and it’s not returnable with Amazon so now I’m stuck with it. I’ll never get my money back from this chair a lot of time and money wasted it’s just gonna sit in the corner and collect dust in the box because I’m too angry to use it because it can’t be returned and I’ve only had it two weeks and the one day I have a half a day at work, I go to return it and then they slap me with $176 plus tax to ship it back. What a waste of time and money so buyer beware do not buy from the seller.
