Beware. It doesn't always send everything it says. I didn't have my cleaning brush with my set. Everything else was perfect though. I can't wait to use what I did get for breads in the future.

I’m new to the sourdough journey, and this proofing basket kit has been such a helpful addition. It came at a great price and included a variety of tools I needed to get started.I’ve used the baskets a few times now, and they work exactly as advertised. My dough holds its shape beautifully, and the bread has come out amazing each time. If you're just getting into sourdough baking, this is a solid, beginner-friendly kit to have on hand.

Came with all the parts but the proofing baskets have cracks in them so sending it back. The proofing basket is about a small hands width might go for a wider proofing basket instead as well.
