I'm building a DIY TV backlight for my living room. All of my electronics for the TV are in a closet that shares its wall with the living room, located behind the TV, so I needed a 6 foot extension wire to connect my RGB LED strip through the wall to the controller in the closet.These wires are the perfect length for my project. The gauge is thicker than others I've seen and the connectors are secure. I'm pleased with this order.

These are thicker than most wires I use for LEDs and the quality difference is obvious. Easy to work with, with both ends already capped with the plugs. These are 2 meters each, helps extend me LEDs for my various projects.

Makes extending your LED light strips a cinch, no soldering required. These came in handy for installing light strips in my daughter's room. Perfect.

I had originally bought pressure fit connectors to link together 4 LED strips for above kitchen cabinet lighting. Unfortunately that was a "good idea on paper" but left a bit to be desired in the real world. The pressure fit never made a great connection and so 1 or more color channels would go out an I would have to climb up and "wiggle" things to try and get it working. Forget that; I took the pressure fit connections out and used these to connect the strips by cutting these in half and soldering directly to the LED strip. Then easily connected strip to strip. Turned it all back on and worked first try. Should have hard wired it using these connectors in the first place.

Primarily for splicing cut-LED strips, I've also used these for custom battery pack connectors.The cable length is mostly long enough for managing custom fitting LED strips with room to spare where panels need to be removed.I tested each cable for connector hood retention and low current continuity. All worked!

The pack comes with 5 x 1M cables. There are standard JST SM 2.5mm pitch ends. Ends snap together and locked in place with the locking tab and is secure.The wires allow you to connect multiple BTF-Lighting light strips or any other brand that uses the same JST SM connectors together as an extension to reach/wrap around areas.Overall, quality cable build with standard connectors. Will be perfect for your next lighting project.
