After reading a few previous reviews by a few other Amazon customers that mentionedthey only received a couple of sets (rather than the full 12), I knew I was taking a chance ordering this.Luckily, my risk-taking paid off! I received the FULL 12 sets of strings (Four "3-Packs") in the little mini-carton that is shown in the photo.I am over the moon happy with this incredible deal.One set of strings per month x 12 months equals strings for an entire year.Thank you to the seller for the fantastic strings!I will return for sure.

Guitar strings are very personal choices. My friend swears by Dean Markley strings. My other buddy swears by D'Addario. I happen to love these Hybrid Slinkies.Moderately heavy bottom, light top. Punchy, bendable, bright, and decent string life. I'm a heavy picker and do a lot of Yngwie Malmsteen style solos, David Gilmour style bends, and heavy Tool rhythms (so you have an idea of what/how I play). I play about 10 hours a week on average. They retain the brightness well for about 2 weeks, but I keep using them over a month, sometimes a couple months. The longest I've had them before changing was close to 1.5 years, but of course, it sounded pretty dull by then.Anyway, these are my favorite strings because they feel good on my guitar and respond well to my style. Your mileage may vary! Happy rocking!

Got a 12 sets at a bargain price by accepting a damaged box but no issues with the strings. Came out to $3.25 a set vs. $5.49 at retail stores and some online retailers.

The best string set for the flyod rose when you play in the standard tuning! I didn`t even have to bother myself to keep the bridge parallel when I restrung my guitar. Tension between the heavy bottom and the skinny top is perfectly balanced! And this is a great deal as well so I will purchase this set again in the future. And just for the reference, this set doesnt in the box like the picuture but whatever.
