After only 2 weeks of light use there is a hole worn through the finger of one of the gloves and the other glove is going too. The material at the fingertips is paper thin. Not for real welders.

My biggest gripe with these gloves is that even for a size small they fit more like a medium so beware of that. They're recommended for tig & mig however i use them solely for mig. They still retain a good amount of dexterity and heat resistance overall which is great. They are also durable as i've been using them for a good 6 months and theyre still in good shape.

Not much to say here. I think these are great gloves for the price. They are thick and tough and more than enough for what I need. You definitely feel some heat through them, and these should not be mistaken for industrial strength, but I'm using them to do small-scale smelting and they're perfect for that.Only downsides:Finger movement is a bit stiff and restricted, pretty standard for this kind of gear. Secondly, they smell like a fish factory upon arrival. Whatever oils or products are used to treat these is still there.

These glove were supple and comfortable right from the box. They provide good protection and a positive grip when handling hot steel with forge tongs. I wear one on my off hand as I hammer out steel from the forge on the anvil. I use them on both hands during the quenching and heat treating process. These are good for welding and brazing, too. I feel these gloves are worth the money I paid for them. They’re cheaper than medical expenses, for sure. Don’t forget to wear your eye protection, too.

Great thick protective yet comfy gloves!!I use em with my DeWalt DCG414 FelxVolt Grinder, or on any task I need extra protection for. ...they feel good and they look even better !!!Highly recommended!!!Join the Revolution!!!!!

Nice gloves for first time buying. Made well how ever the right glove only by pinky inside leather is a bit to long compared to all tje other leather an bends in to a crease an pokes finger. Left glove supper comfy.
