I've been using this for wire feed welding and so far it's kept the heat away from my glove. It gets beat up pretty bad, but I'd rather it get damaged than my glove, because welding gloves are so expensive.

I order this welding hand pad a while ago. I am very happy with this welding hand pad. I don't burn my hand anymore. I just order one more to have as a spare. I will buy more as needed.
