This is small, shorter, and basically crapper than the description. There isn’t a middle anchor, the pegs are different. Everything just wrong. 10/10 do not recommend.

Missing parts. No eyelets for the guide lines. Nothing like the picture. Absolute garbage. Glad I opened before our camping trip.

I love this it provides me with the much needed shade and ability to shield outdoor things from rain. It essentially is used to extend my ability to storage space outside of home.

This comes in its own carrying bag, which is convenient, and the instructions are sewn into a flap on the bag. The material itself is thin, so I do worry about longevity, but it offers a large patch of shade for the little ones to play under and packs down quickly. It mainly is held up by the tension of the ground stakes, as the 2 end poles have just rubber bottoms. When up, it creates a tent-like open area, convenient for backyards, outdoor parties, camping, etc. I do wish it came with 4 poles to create the more open sun shade as presented in some of the images (with the seating underneath).

I'd really like to know what I'm doing wrong because I have spent so long in the hot sun trying to get this to work and I had to give up. I'm sunburned, exhausted and frustrated. It is nothing like the photo and the instructions make it look so easy. Did the other reviewers actually try to set it up??? Maybe this requires an engineering mind or previous experience and I clearly have neither. Trying to get it all back into the bag was also a nightmare. It comes with a separate carrying bag with handles, but it is super thin. Also comes with a little bag for the stakes and rope. The stakes are a thick metal and the end has a textured head for pounding in the ground. It is super big, but it's a fail for me and I can't recommend it unless you already know how to set one of these up because the instructions just weren't explicit enough to teach me.

This is a good quality shade tent. It is a nice size and would comfortably shade a picnic table. As long as you know what to expect it is not difficult to set up. It does, for example, take significantly more effort than a canopy tent or pop-up camping tent. Once erected properly it seems pretty sturdy but this really depends on how taut you can get the ropes and how well you secure the stakes into the ground. Our set up took a great deal of effort since we have hard lava rock in the ground in most areas. It is for this reason that I wish the shelter came with more poles. We have other tarp shelters on our property and they hold up well with one pole on each corner. The listing for this shelter shows several photos with four poles yet we only received two poles; one for each end of the tarp. If they are going to picture listing photos with four poles, you should receive four poles. Four poles (or even six) would make this a much sturdier setup.

I am happy with this as it is a great option for those in need of a large, versatile shade and shelter solution. The benefits of UV protection, waterproofing, and portability make it a worthwhile investment. Here are a few pros and cons.Pros:Large cover area provides ample shade and shelter for 6-9 peopleComes with support poles for easy set-up and stabilityUV protection and waterproof material provides excellent protection from the elementsVersatile design can be used in a variety of settings such as the beach, backyard, camping, deck, park, and carportLightweight and easy to pack for travelCons:Some people may have difficulty with set-up and taking down the shelter and may need an extra handThe support poles may not be durable enough for long-term useThe sand pockets may not be sufficient in windy conditions
