Keeps my coffee warm, great temperature settings, and auto shut off. Size of the warmer is nice as it doesn't take up too much space.

worked for a day, then did not warm up the same mug it did on day one. at least i broke right away, making it easy to return.

Seems to heat well and be a quality product. I've only had it a couple weeks but overall I like it. It's better than my older one from like 8 years ago, better made and keeps my tea and coffee hotter. I would recommend it. :O)
