Para instalarlo se necesita obligatoriamente llamar a un electricista para que haga un polo a tierra porque sino no prende. Tengo más de 10 horas calentando el agua y NO CALIENTA. Escribo y no me dan ninguna respuesta

El producto nos pareció muy bueno, de excelente calidad en sus materiales...hasta el momento, ya veremos cómo se comporta en el tiempo. Calentó muy rápido el agua, pero supongo que es porque está haciendo mucho calor.

My tub has been in continuous use for 17 months. I love it and my back feels twenty years younger. It has been easy to keep clean but I have mine in an unheated greenhouse. I have had no leaks and have only had to reset it twice (shuts off if there is a power blip and you have to push a button to restart...no big deal). This is the amazing part of it-with the hot tub in the greenhouse-(Portland Oregon) all of the plants stayed in full bloom for the whole winter! We had a huge storm and power outage and the tub held enough heat to keep salvia, begonias, elephant ears, fuchsias and several other plants alive even with ice and snow and no heat for a day and a half. In August you can turn the heat way down and have a nice cool pool which is just as nice.The issues: The canvas straps that hold the top on would dip in the water when the lid was off and about six months in they just came apart-but I never clipped it on anyway. About one year in the air compressor stopped so it no longer has bubbles, but I never used the bubbles anyway so I don't care. A little ring of brown will form at the water level but I threw a magic sponge in there and the ring disappeared.Despite the air bubbles and the straps, I'm still giving this a five star review. My back is so much better I'd give it a six if I could. If you are thinking about one, do this: take some newspaper and make a mock up of the size of the tub. It is bigger than I expected.

El SPA Inflable está muy agradable. Algo que no me agrada es que se desinfla muy rápido. Ya ocurrió que una mañana estaba tirándose el agua por un costado por el problema de desinflado. ¿Esto es algo común, o debo pedir cambio del Spa inflable? Dudo que sea algo común porque se desinfla sumamente rápido. Ayuda!La temperatura ha estado calurosa, y no hay un frío extremo que me haga pensar que por las diferencias de temperaturas el aire de inflado esté perdiendo presión.

Spent the time and money setting it up, filling it up with hot water from the house, to wake up in the morning and the water is completely gone!!! Very irritating and disappointed, having a brand new product have a leak somewhere right off the bat then spending all that time prepping & installing the product..... Not to mention the added cost for using the house, heated water and the electricity running the pump until the water ran out.

It ran great for 5 months and then the control panel stopped working and it is not useless, it turns on, but nothing works, just one red power light on. It was good while it lasted, but I would not recommend for the price.

Inflatable bladder was faulty. Bestway has not replaced after 2 months!
