I use this everyday at work and this headset combined with the Decibulz moldable ear set and foam ear buds, that combination blocks out 80% of outside noise and you can hear radio transmissions almost perfectly. Great product.

Ear piece is comfortable but would be nice if you had different size ear pads to custom fit. Even after 8 hours of wearing this is still comfortable. Sound does loose little quantity but still clear.

I just started using this so I’m not quite 100% but so far. The sound is clear and amazing. 500 times better than the on unit speaker. I can hear people’s voices. Not scratchy squelchy nonsense. It took a minute to figure out how to wear it, but I love it so far. My first radio got stolen and I figured it would be a cheep replace. These things are $200+ dollars. This little apparatus is so this thing is never coming off my belt at work again.

I needed to replace earphones for our security team, and tried a few others. These worked at good volume, and were comfortable, at about the cost of the original equipment earphones.
