A true competition quality barbell at 28mm diameter for an easy grip, 28mm and the right type of steel creates the optimal balance between a weightlifting bar and a powerlifting bar which makes it comfortable for most athletes making it a great mixed-use barbell for Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, and Powerlifting.
Olympic sleeves feature a self-lubricating 10 needle bearings system.The rotation on the Legend Bar is very clean and smooth making it ideal for Olympic movements.This Olympic barbell has very tight tolerances and you will immediately notice there is very little movement between the sleeve and shaft.
Cerakote is a ceramic and polymer coating that creates stunning looks and better durability. Cerakote is one of the most rust resistance and lowest maintenance of any coating available. Either way you are sure to have a barbell that will continue to look new with very little maintenance.

Good bar but the weight advertised as being 22lbs is inaccurate. The actual widget is 14lbs (6.8kg).Please change the advertised weight as it’s misleading people.

Excellent curl bar. Just what I needed. Plates load easy, knurling is just right. Very sturdy bar. Could not be happier. One of the packaging plugs came out of the tube so only got one spring collar. No regrets at all with this bar.

I am so glad I bought this ez curl bar. This spin, the grip and two tone look are great. As an added bonus the tensil strength is really high which means it can hold more weight then most competitors. This bar is designed for up to 330lbs whereas my CAP one which is still a very good bar can only hold up to 200lbs and cost more than this one.

I'm experienced, long time home gym lifter. Excellent bar at regular price ( $188), @ sale price,( $139, phenomenal! good for around lifting, Spend twice as much for a Rogue bar if you must, but this bar sets performs very well and built well.
